Terms of Service

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of discrepancies, the Italian version prevails.

These terms govern the use of Itomori. By creating an account or using the service you accept the following. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Itomori is an AI-powered notes application: capture of thoughts (voice, audio, text), transcription, semantic search, connections between notes and content generation. The service is offered by Start Me Hub srl ("we").

2. Account

• You must provide truthful registration data and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for the activities carried out through your account.
• You must be of the minimum age required by applicable law to enter into the contract.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others or the privacy of third parties;
• attempt to circumvent the limits, reverse engineer or overload the system;
• use the service to generate illegal, misleading or harmful content.

4. Plans and limits

The Free plan includes limits (e.g. number of notes, file size, transcription minutes and generations per month), which may change and are indicated in the app. Any paid plans and their conditions will be presented at the time of activation.

5. Your content

The notes, audio and content you create remain yours. You grant us the limited licence necessary to provide the service (storing, transcribing, processing and showing you the content). You can export or delete your content.

6. AI-generated content

Transcripts and AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies and do not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for verifying them and for the use you make of them. The raw transcript is the source; the processed versions are aids, not guarantees of accuracy.

7. Service availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for continuity, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may modify or suspend it for maintenance or development.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profits arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. towards consumers).

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time; closing it entails the deletion of the associated data as described in the Privacy policy.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Macerata shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
